House Energy Committee schedules markup for two legislative bills

Today, Congressman Brett Guthrie, Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, announced a Full Committee Markup of two bills. The markup is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET in the Rayburn House Office Building.

The items under consideration are H.R. 4312, Student Compensation and Opportunity through Rights and Endorsements Act by Representatives Bilirakis, Bynum, Guthrie, Walberg, Jordan, Figures, McClain, Fitzgerald, and Fry; and H.R. 4273 Over-the-Counter Monograph Drug User Fee Amendments by Representatives Latta and DeGette.
