NOTICE is hereby provided that the City of Colville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in person at Colville City Hall (170 South Oak, Colville, WA 99114).

 NOTICE is hereby provided that the City of Colville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in person at Colville City Hall (170 South Oak, Colville, WA  99114) to consider the following:
CUP-22-100: A Conditional Use Permit application from Jeff and Penelope Bashe for 156 N. Main St. in Colville, WA to provide a single-family residence behind an existing commercial storefront within the C-2 zoning district.
CUP-22-101: A Conditional Use Permit application from Stevens County Youth Outreach on behalf of property owner Shawnna McDavid for 315 S. Cedar Street (parcel #0016100) which includes approximately 8,800 square feet of vacant land across the adjoining alley.  The proposal is to provide a specialty school which would include use of the vacant land across the alley for landscape equipment storage.
Those wishing to testify at either hearing may do so either in person or remotely by following the public participation instructions that will be provided on or before Friday, July 15, 2022, on the City of Colville website at https://www.colville.wa.us/.   Any written testimony of more than two pages to be considered at the meetings must be delivered to City Hall at 170 South Oak, Colville, WA  99114 or by email to aaron.qualls@scjalliance.com no later than Tuesday, July 12, 2022 by 5:00 p.m.
