The City of Colville is hereby accepting sealed bids for a 3-year farming lease, approximately 95 acres.
Sealed bids will be accepted for consideration on a per acre price. Decisions of equivalency will be at the sole interpretation of the City. Specifications and a bid form may be obtained via the City’s website at www.colville.wa.us or one can be mailed to you. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the office of the City Clerk, 170 S. Oak Street, Colville, WA 99114, after which bids will be opened. Award of the bid will be based on the price per acre, as well as ability of the bidder to meet minimum specifications. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the City. Questions may be directed to the Mayor at (509) 684-5095.
THE CITY OF COLVILLE CITY COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE MINOR IRREGULARITIES IN THE BIDDING AND/OR THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
