Bid Opening-2020 Pavement Preservation to be held on November 17, 2020 at Pend Oreille County Commissioners' Office.
Sealed Bids will be received by the County of Pend Oreille at the County Commissioners Office, located in the Pend Oreille County Courthouse at 625 West Fourth Street, Newport, Washington, until 11:00 AM Tuesday November 17, 2020, and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvement.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in accordance with Section 1-02.7 of the 2020 Washington State Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the County of Pend Oreille.
Bid Proposal, Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Pend Oreille County Public Works Department, Road Division, P.O. Box 5040, Newport, Washington 99156, upon payment of $30.00, non-refundable, per set. All checks shall be made payable to the Pend Oreille County Road Department.
