Republic School District #309 recently issued the following announcement on Feb 15.
Republic School District is seeking applications from persons interested in being appointed to committees to write the for/against statements for the Ferry and Okanogan County Local Voters' Pamphlets related to the District's Replacement Educational Programs and Operation Levy ballot measure to be considered at the April 26, 2022 election.
Those interested should send their name, address, phone number and which position they represent to Kevin L. Young, Superintendent, 30306 E. Hwy. 20, Republic, WA 99166 or via email at kyoung@republicsd.org by February 22, 2022. The Board will take action on the appointments at its February 23, 2022 regular board meeting.
