THE CITY OF COLVILLE is accepting applications for one Secretary for the Parks & Recreation departments. Duties include performance of secretarial duties relating to the Recreation Department, Swimming Pool and Parks Department. 

Details:  

THE CITY OF COLVILLE is accepting applications for one Secretary for the Parks & Recreation departments. This position is part-time from October 25 until February 24 and is full time from February 25 until October 24.

Duties include performance of secretarial duties relating to the Recreation Department, Swimming Pool and Parks Department.  Assists the Parks & Recreation Director by managing and performing primarily clerical duties and administrative duties incidental to the operation of the office. 

High School diploma or the equivalent and two (2) years experience in a secretary capacity, with the ability to handle matters of a confidential nature and one (1) year experience record keeping including computer databases and spreadsheets required. 

Must have the ability to type 50 net words per minute and have current First Aid/CPR certifications or the ability to obtain prior to employment. 

Rate of pay is $2,918.61 to $3,036.52 per month D.O.E.
