Washington D.C. — The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has postponed its hearing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that was previously scheduled for May 7, 2024.
The hearing, which was set to consider the FCC’s budget and hold the Biden administration accountable on behalf of the American people, has been delayed to a later date as indicated by the Chair.
The hearings, when rescheduled, will be open to the public and press and will be live streamed online at https://energycommerce.house.gov/.
