Mrs. RODGERS of Washington. Madam Speaker, on March 8, 2022, the House voted on H. Con. Res. 70, a measure condemning threats of violence against historically Black colleges and universities and reaffirming support for HBCUs and their students. I was not present for this vote, but had I been in the House Chamber, I would have voted Yes on H. Con. Res. 70.
