Of the 2,585 people living in Okanogan in 2020, 49.3 percent (1,274) were women and 50.7 percent (1,311) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Washington News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 49. In the 65 and over age range, there were 277 females and 166 males.
