Congressman Brett Guthrie and Congressman Richard Hudson have announced a hearing titled "Fixing Biden’s Broadband Blunder." The hearing, set for March 5, 2025, at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C., will address issues related to broadband deployment.

Guthrie and Hudson, who chair the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology respectively, criticized the current administration's broadband initiatives. They stated that despite promises made by the Biden-Harris Administration, many Americans remain without adequate broadband access. "The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program was saddled with unnecessary red tape to appease the left wing of the Democratic Party," they said.

The hearing aims to gather insights from experts on how to improve broadband connectivity across the nation. It will be open to both public attendance and press coverage and will also be available via live stream.

For further inquiries regarding the hearing or press-related questions, individuals are directed to contact Noah Jackson or Daniel Kelly via email.
