City of Colville issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
The City of Colville will receive sealed bids for the annual purchase for Fiscal Year 2021 of winter/spring deicer and dust control calcium chloride.
Sealed bids will be accepted for consideration on product that is equal or superior to the stated specifications. Decisions of equivalency will be at the sole interpretation of the City. Specifications and a bid form may be obtained at the City Clerk’s Office, 170 S. Oak, Colville, WA, 99114 or via the City’s website at www.colville.wa.us. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the City Clerk’s Office. Award of the bid will be based on the price per gallon delivered to Colville, as well as ability of the bidder to meet minimum specifications. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the City. Questions may be directed to the Street Supervisor at (509) 684-8165.
THE CITY OF COLVILLE CITY COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE MINOR IRREGULARITIES IN THE BIDDING AND/OR THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
