Villier Estates is a proposal to create twenty-five (25) residential lots, ranging between 0.85 and 1.52 acres in size. Please see attached Notice for additional information.
Please retain these items for future reference. The complete file for this project is located at the Planning Division of the Stevens County Land Services Department located at
260 S. Oak St, Colville, Washington, and is available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays. Copies of the file may be
requested via a public records request.
The Stevens County Land Services Planning Division has reviewed the project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of
Nonsignificance (DNS) for this project. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts
of the project.
All written comments on the SEPA review and possible environmental impacts must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 to the Planning Division of the
Stevens County Land Services Department. It is anticipated that a DNS will be issued after the written comment period and at least 15 days prior to the public hearing on the
Subdivision as required by RCW 36.70B.110 (6)(b). All written comments on the Subdivision must be submitted to the Planning Division of the Stevens County Land Services
Department prior to the close of the public hearing.
A virtual Open Record Hearing for the Subdivision will be conducted by the Stevens County Hearing Examiner at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022. The virtual hearing
will utilize WebEx and the public is encouraged to participate. Information on how to participate in the virtual hearing can be found in the attached, Notice of Application document,
