This notice is for two (2) related and concurrent applications for a proposed new commercial development located within the Rural Area 5 (RA5) zone. The applicant intends to develop a thirty-three (33) unit RV park on approximately seven and one-half (7.5) acres. Each site will have water, sewer and electrical services, with both water and sewer provided by private on-site systems. A small office is proposed as well as covered picnic pavilion, laundry facilities with public restrooms and gravel parking area for seventeen (17) additional vehicles.
